The Two Towers

The Two Towers (November 6, 2002) - The second base set introduced the first major overhaul of the game scene. The set did not contain cards from the cultures [Moria], [Ringwraith] and [Sauron]. instead, new shadow cultures of [Dunland] and [Raider] (combining the Southrons and the Easterlings) were added along with the [Rohan] Free Peoples culture, and each culture now contained cards that could contain a set of tokens of that culture.
The Fellowship of the Ring site path was completely replaced by The Two Towers' new sites, and sites could now be controlled by Shadow players and freed by the Free Peoples.
